Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to customers across the United States every day, and we strive to provide services of the highest level.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

1) Processing Time (Before Shipment)

Ready-to-Ship (Standard) Items

  • Processing time: Ships within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Production/processing time: 7–10 business days after payment is received.
    (Custom items are made specifically to your selections before they ship.)

Note: If your order contains both ready-to-ship and custom items, they may ship separately.

2) Shipping Time (Transit Time After Shipment)

  • Free Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (optional)

Shipping fee:

  • FREE USA SHIPPING (standard) or you can choose Express Shipping at checkout (if available).

3) Estimated Total Delivery Time (Custom Orders)

For custom orders, the estimated total time is:

  • 7–10 business days (production)
    + 3–5 business days (shipping)
    = approximately 10–15 business days in total.

4) Shipping Providers

We ship via FedEx, USPS, UPS, and Amazon Logistics.

5) Additional Notes

  • All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or remote areas.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
